Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) implementations to lead core banking transformation initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of T24 solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full lifecycle T24 implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Serve as the main liaison between the bank, Temenos, system integrators, and internal stakeholders. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business priorities. Oversee data migration, system integration, UAT coordination, and go-live activities. Manage risks, dependencies, and project governance through proactive communication and issue resolution. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and steering committees with clear reporting and escalation management. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Proven track record in managing Temenos Transact (T24) implementation or upgrade projects. Strong understanding of T24 modules (AA, Lending, Payments, Treasury, etc.). Experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional teams in large banking environments. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk mitigation skills. Solid understanding of core banking operations across retail, corporate, or treasury domains. Preferred Qualifications: Temenos T24 certification or hands-on experience with IRIS, TAFJ, or TPH. Exposure to Temenos Infinity and cloud-based T24 deployments (Azure, AWS, Temenos SaaS). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
