Job Responsibilities1) Project Planning:

• Manage a portfolio of projects with de\xef\xac\x81ned project scope and objectives.
• Develop project scope, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to de\xef\xac\x81ne project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

2) Timeline Management:

• Implement e\xef\xac\x80ective project schedule to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Proactively identify and address potential delays, to keep the project on schedule.

3) Accountability:

• Fully responsible for end-to-end activities from requirements gathering to project delivery.
• Accountable for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, maintaining a focus on overall project success.

4) Project Deliverables:

• Responsible for project milestone deliverables and obtaining sign-o\xef\xac\x80s as required.

5) Risk Management:

• Conduct risk assessments and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

6) Stakeholder Management:

• Manage stakeholders across all levels, encompassing internal resources, partners, project team members, and subcontractors.

7) Transparent Communication and Reporting:

• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and potential showstoppers.
• Maintain transparent communication channels between team members and external partners.

8) Collaboration with Stakeholders9) Work with PMO to ensure issues are logged/Resolutions in place/On-Track Outcome10) Financial Skills on Project Viability

• Able to review overall project\xe2\x80\x99s spend.
• GP% status & improvement on a YTY basis
• De\xef\xac\x81ne Charging approach

Requirements

• Bachelor/Masters degree in related \xef\xac\x81eld from established university.
• Proven experience in leading build projects from initiation to project closure
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills)
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Pro\xef\xac\x81ciency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certi\xef\xac\x81cation from PMI or equivalent is a MUST.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience.
