& Requirements Job Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily operations of animal care and husbandry teams across multiple facilities.
Oversee manpower deployment, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure all staff comply with animal care, handling, and safety standards.
Act as the main point of contact for project matters and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
Monitor and enforce workplace safety, health, and risk management practices.
Prepare and submit operational reports, performance assessments, and compliance documentation.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and contract specifications are met.
Implement training and development programs for animal husbandry staff.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or ad-hoc service requests.
Ensure all operations adhere to legal, safety, and ethical requirements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on animal handling or animal husbandry experience.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written).
Familiarity with animal care, welfare, and handling practices.
Knowledge of workplace safety (WSH) standards and risk management.
Diploma or higher in Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, Life Sciences, or related field preferred (O-Level with strong experience will be considered).

Pay: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
