Maintaining the relevant product roadmap with supporting policy or business drivers
Manage feature prioritisation discussions with key stakeholders
Development from features and concepts to functional requirements
Management of cost estimation and funding request documents
Assess proposed solutions and functional designs to validate that requirements and change requirements are met
Development of appropriate Use Cases to inform and validate requirements
Development of Requirements Traceability and monitoring of requirements fulfilment
Work with cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering
Management or review of deliverables such as Product Roadmap, Functional Requirement Specifications, Funding Papers, Business Process Models, Use Cases, User Interface designs.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Business or Healthcare Management related degree;
At least 5 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Public Service or Healthcare industry;
Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task;
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; and
Relevant Project Management or ITIL Service Management certifications will be an advantage.
