Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support projects in the KYC (Know Your Customer) and Transaction Monitoring (TM) domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, including Project Manager/Technical Development Managers, to manage project deliverables and reporting at both program and senior management levels.


- Grade SpecificCo-ordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Work alongside project manager on project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers. Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management. Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting.
Required Skills
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/TM) domains. Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are desirable.
