Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Need to be familiar with technical workings of Autonomous Systems to be able to effectively interface with internal/external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including senior management and external authorities
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team, fostering a culture of SOP adherence, continuous improvement and high performance
Policies and Standards Management
Support in the development implementation of business policies, procedures, and standards to drive project management excellence. (e.g. ISO9001 QMS)
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for interactions with external stakeholders such as Government Authorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and partners
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to facilitate project approvals, compliance, and successful delivery
Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and public forums related to project activities
Team Management
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team
Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and career development
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation and excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex technology deployment projects
Candidates with strong skills and a proven track record may be considered for senior positions
Knowledge in Autonomous Systems or Systems Engineering is very advantageous
Previous experience working with Singapore Authorities such as LTA will be advantageous
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
