Make a list of drawings, a submission schedule, and a submission tracker. Work with Archi, Structure, Finishing, and other M&E services to coordinate. Assist with engineering-related documentation and administration, as well as any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Maintain drawing approval within the time frame specified. Draw and submit red-line and as-built drawings until the client approves. Organize an M&E Coordination, participate in client meetings and site visits. Collaboration Plan, monitor, and supervise the progress of M&E work on the job site. Assist with mechanical and electrical work planning, control, and coordination. Accountable for project costs, project tracking, and all project activities are subject to resource control. Follow project specifications and client specifications. Create, maintain, and manage positive working relationships with clients. Requirements Relevant diploma / degree in the field of mechanical or electrical.
