Job Duties

Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc. Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects Track and oversee assigned aspects of projects, including monitoring project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring milestones are met Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required Ensure upkeep of inventory records, project documentations and service delivery reports Work effectively with team members towards continued development of the projects Additional ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required

Job Requirements

Possess at least "N", "O" levels qualification (Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service/ Telecommunication will be an advantage) OR at least 1-2 years of full-time working experience Computer literate and tech-savvy Good command of English in both spoken and written forms
