NTU-WeBank Joint Research Centre On FinTech is Singapore's 1st Joint Research Centre in Fintech. By employing "state-of-the-art" research, such as data science and analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain technologies, the centre aims to enable and realise Banking 4.0, where banking can be personalised and done anytime, anywhere.
We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our FinTech research team as a project officer to work on a Real World Asset technology that is based on blockchain. The project officer will perform literature review, design new blockchain techniques using generative AI and large language models (LLMs), implement, and test the framework. The candidate must have strong research publication track record and be able to conduct research on the related topics such as trust and agentic AI.
:Review the literature about Real World Asset and blockchain technologies Design new blockchain consensus and trustworthy algorithms to support Real World Asset Develop new generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to support the algorithm designs for Real World Asset applications and ecosystems. Implement and test the Real World Asset framework Publish research papers in top-tier journals and conferences

Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Computer Science Strong publication record with papers accepted/published in top-tier journals and conference Familiar with blockchain and generative AI technologies Strong expertise in software simulation for performance evaluation of mathematical and theoretical models
