We are all about crafting mind-blowing experiences and hosting unforgettable events that leave a lasting impact!Essential Job FunctionsYou are responsible for organising STEM events and outreach projects that inspire and nurture the passion for scientific inquiry and interest in Singapore youth. Some projects are open to parents and educators as they too play key roles in the youth\'s educational development and career choices.Your primary role is to plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including conferences, competitions, seminars, and workshops, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for attendees. You will support project deliverables, including logistics, venue sourcing, vendor management, marketing, and on-site event coordination.You will develop and deliver inclusive, impactful, and unique learning experiences in terms of STEM for students, teachers, public and families that will drive visitorship and generate revenue for Science Centre Singapore.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification in STEM and a good knowledge of modern concepts in Science and Technology. Event and project management related qualifications and experiences may apply.Prior experience in large-scale event management, budget and project planning would be an advantage.Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members, promoting clear and timely information sharing and decision-making is required.The candidate must be passionate, innovative, professional with good quality of work. The ability to express clearly in written and oral communication is essential.
