The Delta-NTU Corporate Laboratory invites applications for the position of Project Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying existing methodologies for the tasks to be performed.
Assist with prototype of fixtures needed for testbed.
Should be able to setup connectivity between the hardware and software for various sensors and devices.
Responsible for establishing the experimental setup and designing of experiments for force-sensing.
Conducting trials to collect data and analyze it as well as implementation of suitable learning algorithms.
Evaluating the results obtained from the automation of the high-impact tasks with the help of available models, if any.
Writing and submission of a detailed final report on the project milestones.
Publishing key research findings in rigorous peer-reviewed journals/conferences.

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in the field of Engineering, with preference for Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in motion-planning and calibration of 6 DOF robotic arms.
Industrial experience highly sought after
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication and writing in English.
Strong sense of responsibility for research / work.
