Job Scope
The project officer will assist the Creative Community Engagement with Psychology staff team with outreach and student/alumni engagement projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Outreach * Supports the Competency Group Manager in identifying and contacting potential leads for outreach projects.
- Coordinates meetings with potential leads, if and when necessary.
- Conceptualises, develops and facilitates outreach projects in secondary schools or Institutes of Technical Education.
- Develops schedules and timelines for different outreach projects.
- Ensures that issues and concerns are attended to as and when necessary.
- Monitors the budget for outreach projects.
- Provides administrative support to the project team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, collaterals and handling correspondences.
- Coordinates meetings with relevant staff members.

- Must have good organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and be adaptable to change.
- Daily/weekly updates are required via email/WA.
