About Human Resources Division \xe2\x80\x93 Talent Performance & Rewards
The Talent Performance & Rewards (TPR) team is critical in in the design and execution of HR policies, total compensation packages including staff benefits across different levels of employees, performance management structures and payroll operations. These serve to build a high-performing and effective organisation.
[What you will be working on]
As a Project Officer with the HROD team, your key responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:
Co-organise and implement wellness initiatives and programmes for employees
Administer leave benefits for staff, including tracking and computation of different leave types in/outside of Workday system
Perform a range of HR operations that include staff benefit claims (e.g. medical/ dental) verification, support for employee insurance purchase, handling billings and invoices from staff deployment and vendors, coordinating exit clearance process and records keeping
Update personnel, deployment, claims related information promptly and accurately into EDB\xe2\x80\x99s HR systems (e.g. Workday, Erideon and Resource Management System)
Provide level 1 response to external agencies and employees/ line managers on in areas related to his/her portfolio
Develop SOPs for processes/ operations
Partner with different functional teams across HR, Finance, and IT on process improvements and operations
Support other HROD duties as needed
[What we are looking for]
The successful candidate should have/be:
Relevant experience in HR operations and implementation of wellness initiatives and programmes
Savvy with digital tools to create creative materials such as eDMs and other communication materials
Experience in using HR functions in Workday, Erideon and Resource Management System will be an advantage
Some experience in performing Workday HR functions will be an advantage
Meticulous and adept in computation/ calculation of compensation-related tasks
Able to handle tasks in a calm and composed fashion despite time pressure
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
