Job Title: Project Operations Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Start Date: Immediate

Reports To: Head of Tenant Experience and Operations

Role Purpose: To manage the project operations team to perform onboarding and offboarding operations efficiently and effectively

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess project needs and plan to order of furnishings and equipment for new units and properly administer allocated budgets for each project.
• Managing the smooth onboarding and offboarding of Cove's properties through the team and related tasks such as:

• Condition Reporting
• Ordering and receiving furniture and appliances
• Setting up and arranging furniture and appliances
• MCST applications
• Setting up WiFi
• Duplicating keys
• Warehouse inventory management
• Any other tasks related to onboarding and offboarding properties
• Becoming the key 'super-user' of critical operations software to ensure that it is aligned to processes, used correctly and that Cove is maximising its potential
• Liaise effectively with other teams and contractors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
• Identifying ways to improve existing SOPs and ways of working that increase efficiency and drive improved ROI for the company
• Constantly value engineer costs related to onboarding and offboarding
• Manage warehouse inventory and operations
• Manage team movements
• Working with the other teams within Cove, and provide logistical support if needed.

Deliverables:

• To ensure that the onboarding and offboarding of properties are completed in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

Experience and Qualifications:

Essential

• O Levels and above
• Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandarin or Malay is a bonus)
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Time management skills
• Physically fit

Preferred

• Hands on experience setting up furniture
• Project management
• Valid class 3 driving licence
