As an Assistant Manager for planner, you will be responsible for the overall planning of the Construction projects in Singapore. You will be in-charge of ensuring that the projects are completed on time: * Project Gratuity upon completion of projects. * Performance Bonus

As an Assistant Manager for planner, you will be responsible for the overall planning of the Construction projects in Singapore. You will be in-charge of ensuring that the projects are completed on time:

My Client is a well-known MainCon company, who is one of the leading builder in Singapore. They worked on an extensive range of projects - Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Residential, and Retail. The client ensures to incorporate sustainability, safety, and quality as part of their branding and service value.

  • In charge of overall planning functions (i.e., Project schedules, Progress of Project)
  • Develop construction programmes for medium to large-scale projects
  • Monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis
  • Maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data (i.e., Progress, manpower, and more) and evaluating project progress
  • Oversee monthly progress reports for in-house, owner and consultant submissions
  • Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years\' relevant experience
  • Be adept in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 knowledge
