The role is on 1yr contract outsourced basis. The incumbent will support the Head of Store Operations in coordinating and managing special projects for retail business in the region.Main responsibilities:

• Implementation of Special projects (Digital Weekly focus, Staffing & Productivity, SPH Scheduling, Health & Safety) in all 4 markets (SG, MY, TH, VN).
• Maintain a highly communicative and proactive relationship with stores ensuring the tracking and handling of all issues/needs in an appropriate and timely manner (linked to the special projects)
• Coordinate ad-hoc agency to comply with Health & Safety requirements in all for countries,
• Supervise all retail practices and corporate standards during in store implementation and training;
• Align with other departments including HR/Product/VM/Training/Construction to achieve Operational Excellence

Main requirements:

• Minimum Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree with experience in managing multiple project in international company.
• Working experience in retail store operations is welcomed.
• Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Well-organized, efficient in time-management, able to prioritize based on manager feedback.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and analytical.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Handle complex data analysis projects using Excel.
• Able to find solutions simple and fast.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
