You will be part of the team that develops arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the average Singaporean lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provides infrastructure planning project support, particularly in processing tenders procurement and ensuring all documentation are properly categorised and saved
• Support the team with cyclical matters such as
• Requesting and forwarding invoices for finance processing
• Updating of tenancy database on a monthly basis or as and when needed
• Administration of paperwork for tenancies and leases
• Secretariat and committee duties
• Adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Real Estate or any related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to remain focused in ever-evolving circumstances.
• Excellent time management and proactive planning skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while managing multiple daily tasks.
• Ability to utilize sound judgment and remain flexible to ensure all tasks are completed timely and in compliance with regulations.
• Ability to be open and receptive to asking for and receiving feedback to facilitate continuous professional growth.
• Project management experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
