Job Summary

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Main Duties:

• Cost estimating and preparation of tender documents
• Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services
• Evaluating Contractor's design proposals and specifications
• Assessing interim payment applications and final accounts
• Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
• Providing general support & advice on various aspects of mechanical & electrical services

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in the design, supervision, project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical disciplines may be considered for Senior Position
• Polytechnic graduates of similar discipline (as above) or Diploma in Intelligent Building or Facilities Management with minimum 3 years' relevant experience may also be considered
• Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good communication and written skills in English
• Competency in Chinese will be an advantage
• Applicants who hold a Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying, and are conversant with mechanical and electrical building services may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
