We are currently seeking a Project Sales Director to join our HBS team in our Singapore office. Reporting to the HBS Sales Leader, ASEAN your focus will be deliver the designed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) of the
Project Line of Business (LOB) orders and growth for the Install business through leading the end to end cycle of selling strategies, processes and outcomes for ASEAN.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
Achieve or exceed the AOP for the assigned Key Accounts.
Monthly Sales allocation for each Sales Rep & Sales Manager in the team.
Run a robust MOS with clear objectives & agenda to drive sales execution aligned to STRAP.
Drive daily, weekly & monthly reviews to ensure positive Sales Behavior & healthy Sales Behavior Index.
Drive Strong MOS with Key accounts.
Coach & Develop the team through regular interaction, gap identification & competency enhancement to fill the identified gaps.
Enable best practice sharing across regions/verticals to support innovation.
Partner with Marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with effective value propositions and demo material.
Ensure pursuits selected will deliver long term service business for Honeywell.
Analysis of market dynamics and value chain proposition to target defined customer sets;

Orders & Pipeline Excellence
Drive orders performance in the assigned Key Accounts ensuring sound order growth, YoY, aligned to the assigned AOP.
Drive Pipeline Load Growth, Total Pipeline Growth, YoY, aligned to the AOP achievement.
Drive Pipeline Win Growth, YoY, aligned to the assigned AOP.
Conduct weekly Pipeline Reviews as a part of standard MOS.
Drive & Review the mapped accounts/seller, sales activity & opportunity bank with each account, account plan, as a part of standard MOS.
Drive SFDC adoption, CRM Log In Rate.
Maintain & Present the Sales Behavior Index Scorecard, weekly & Monthly.
Process & MOS
Drive robust, disciplined & standardized MOS aligned to the business needs, roles & responsibilities.
Drive required level of SFDC adoption, CRM Log In Rate for each Sales Rep & Sales Manager.
Maintain & Present the Sales Behavior Index Scorecard, weekly & Monthly.
Ensure approved sales processes are followed and procedures and systems are effectively deployed. Ensure Sales activity documented in SFDC.
Own & drive the order forecast and maintain healthy Say:Do.
People
Achieves results through people.
Attract, mentor, and develop team members in support of sales excellence.
Identify strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and build a high performing team.
Coach Sales Professionals in all aspects of Sales.
Utilize outcome driven analytics to optimize salesforce deployment. Drive sales productivity and resource profile required to deliver plan.
Lead talent strategy for the team, including the Management Resource Review (MRR) process, performance management processes, and sales talent development/recruitment.
Deploy Sales Quotas and Incentive Plans and monitor performance against plan.
Ensure appropriate training programs are deployed for sales professionals and managers including new hire training and continuing education
Utilize recognition systems. Recommend improvements to existing systems to improved
employee engagement.

Key Experience & Capabilities:
Batchelor of Engineering or Equivalent Bachelor’s degree.
PG Diploma in Marketing an added advantage.
Minimum of 10+ years of related sales experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of successful leadership.
Experience building successful sales teams.
Experienced in coaching sales professionals in complex sales/pursuits.
Experience with balancing short term results with long term strategy.
Demonstrated credibility at the executive level in the customer’s organization & his own organization.
Experience working in a multi-national, highly matrixed organization.
Sales Process Acumen, Lead – Qualified Opportunity – Closure.
Consultative Selling Skills.
Business Development Skill.
Sales Quota formulation & Execution.
Team Building, Mentoring, Coaching & Development.
MIS & Reporting to higher management.
