Responsible for the sales and execution of Building Management Systems (BMS), instrumentation and control systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations and tender documentation specific to BMS and instrumentation solutions.
Engage with consultants, contractors, and end-users to specify suitable system architectures, products, and integration methods.
Support solution design including control system philosophy, equipment selection, I/O list, layout drawings, and interface protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.)
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for project execution, documentation, testing and commissioning.
Interpret technical specifications, review system architecture diagrams, control panel layouts, and sensor/actuator schedules.
Collaborate with cross-discipline teams including electrical, HVAC, fire protection and IT for integrated system design.
Provide support in system integration testing (SIT), site acceptance testing (SAT) and customer training.
Ensure compliance with local codes, green building standards (e.g., LEED, Green Mark), and cybersecurity guidelines.
Assist in business development activities including lead generation, client presentations and technical clarifications.
Conduct site surveys and attend project meetings as required to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in BMS, instrumentation, or control systems project execution and/or technical sales
Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), including HVAC control, Process Control Instruments (DCS)
Familiar with field instruments, sensors, actuators, and basic control panel wiring
Hands-on experience in reading electrical/control drawings and performing system testing and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of control protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or KNX will be an advantage
Experience in handling project documentation, site coordination, and supporting sales proposals
Exposure to SCADA, PLC, or DDC-based systems is preferred
Willingness to travel to client sites for meetings, site visits, or commissioning activities
