This full-time project sales engineer HVAC role at Gree Air Conditioning Singapore PTE. LTD offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the company's growth strategy. Based in the Alexandra North Central Region of Singapore, you will be responsible for driving sales of the company's innovative HVAC solutions to major projects and customers.
What you'll be doing
Approach new potential installers as authorized Installer
Monitor the installation quality of installers and issue weekly reports on installation failure cases
Identify the salesperson within each installer team and train them on how to sell GREE products.
Work closely with the engineering and product teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
Complete the monthly sales targets and meet the required number of installer authorizations and registrations
Organize regular technical training for installers
What we're looking for
Proven track record in project sales, ideally within the HVAC or broader building services industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and their applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with customers
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
