We are seeking individuals with project admin or project management experience in the field of interior renovation in commercial or residential industries. The primary role will be to provide administration and secretarial support to the Project Management Operation Team.
To assist Project Lead to prepare for Tender submission document, such as Quotation, Organization Chart, Project Schedule, CV of Operation Team and others, upon request.
To assist Project Lead to prepare material sample board.
To obtain quotations from sub-contractors and evaluate cost for contractors' selection
To attend, record and prepare minutes of meetings
To obtain approval of minutes from management before circulation to team
To ensure proper filing of minutes in Central Filing
To attend weekly project meeting client and contractor, subject to management's jurisdiction
To update daily site photos into Central Filing
To follow up with Contractors on submission of documents and ensure to file in Central Filing
To prepare project commencement materials
To prepare project handover documents
To cover the duties of Office General Admin whenever necessary
Attend to and carry out ad-hoc job duties assigned by the management

Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
