Responsibilities
Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, and conferring with management.
Determine project specifications by studying customer requirements, and performance standards; complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing site works to meet project objectives.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare cost estimates, reports, and progress updates.
Support site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedules.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
1-3 years' relevant experience in site engineering or project works.
Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with BCA standards and workplace safety regulations is an advantage.
