Project Site Executive

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and work on site, ensuring effective implementation and timely completion of project.
- Work with project manager to develop budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of project.
- Plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site.
- Liaise with clients/ consultants to discuss site issues pertaining to projects
- Conduct site audit and measurement, site management and coordination
- Supervise all works and provide technical guidance on site
- Certificate in Project Management/Civil/ Structural/MEP Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of related experience in interior fit out industry
- Knowledge of all operational and technical aspects
- Ability to read CAD drawings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
- Resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill
- Willing to travel for short assignment ( 2-5 months)
- Candidate with higher qualification will be qualified for Managerial post.
