Oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with local building codes and standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for management.
Ensure workplace safety and implement necessary measures to prevent hazards.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and safety standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
