Recognised Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
Able to register with CIDB (Malaysia) and BCA (Singapore)
Fluent and good in writing English.
Good inter-personal communications skills in dealing with individuals, contractors and stakeholders at all levels
5 years of site management experience in civil and structural trade.
Must have working experience in construction projects and good in project management.
Good knowledge of workplace safety, technical and engineering for construction project management.
This is a six-days work per week.
Job Scope:
Planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects and completing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
Overseeing the selection and purchase of materials and equipment needed for projects.
Ensuring compliance with building and WSH regulations, and communicating with regulators and inspectors throughout projects.
Navigating and resolving any problems that might arise onsite, whether they relate to construction delays, safety concerns or cost overruns.
Evaluating and managing risk, and periodically reporting the progress of projects to stakeholders and Project Director.
Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project so as to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
Assists Project Director/Senior Project Manager in achieving project completion within budget and on schedule
Prepares, Issues and Evaluates Tender packages
Coordinates with Architectural, Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyors
