Your broad responsibilities will include \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate operational policies and processes for CPF contributions by employers and platform operators. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer contribution schemes and CPF liabilities related to employers and platform operators, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement contribution policy and rate changes, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review policy and legislative issues/changes in collaboration with policy and legal colleagues, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle correspondences and manage appeals related to CPF contributions, providing timely and accurate responses and resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational policies and processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.What we are looking for:

  • Relevant experience in formulating and implementing operational policies and processes in a regulatory environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in handling correspondences and managing appeals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of policy and legislative processes is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of CPF contributions and related regulatory requirements is advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager with seniority based on individual work experiences.
