Project Specialist * Location: Kallang * Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6.00pm) * Salary: $4500 +VB
Project Specialist
- Location: Kallang
- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6.00pm)
- Salary: $4500 +VB
- Analyse customer inquiries and gather essential information to prepare proposals or quotations for customers.
- Collaborate and support customers in the preparation of all necessary shipment documents, including providing guidance on information requirements, handling dispatch documents, and issuing special notifications related to pick-up and deliveries
- Investigate and resolve external and internal customers\' complaint and queries.
- Monitoring closely and follow up with customers and internal stakesholders to resolve concern.Prepare shipment and customs clearance documentation and release accordingly to all relevant parties for cases which require Project specific standards.
- Consolidate shipment information and documentation provided by customers to arrange shipment.
- Preferably 2 year of exprierence in freight forwarding
