Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:With the rise of the gig economy, the Board is committed to enhancing the retirement, healthcare, and housing adequacy of Platform Workers (ride-hailing/on-demand delivery workers). As part of the team, you will play an important role in conceptualising and implementing new systems and processes to facilitate the collection of CPF savings for Platform Workers. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate and assess operational policies and processes in collaboration with multiple counterparts across government and private entities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead cross-functional teams to co-create business and IT solutions with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, IT support, and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with legal counterparts to establish necessary legislative arrangements to support operational objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive publicity and engagement efforts for platform operators and workers to foster a collaborative and supportive ecosystem. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement strategies to promote awareness and adoption of operational policies and processes among stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational policies and processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and guide a team of executives in their daily operational activitiesWhat we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of IT systems and solutions, as well as experience working with IT support and vendors, will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in driving continuous process improvement initiatives, including leading system enhancements, reviewing operational policies, and implementing changes for increased efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading teams and collaborating with others to achieve common goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to drive publicity and engagement efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, will be an added advantage. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
