With the aim of enhancing Retail Sales Promoter training and performance, the ideal candidate will be someone who exhibits a keen interest in technology, is a confident speaker, and is devoted and passionate about creating a culture of learning, and new technology, and fostering brand loyalty. Collaboration with various internal (Account Management Team) & external stakeholders (Client) to create and execute outstanding product and soft skill training for our field force team promoters. Product: Electronic devices (Mobile, Tablets, Smart Watchers) product line. Deliver product training whilst ensuring on-time product sales talk and training of sales forces to help achieve the company\'s sales and brand objectives.

Product: Electronic devices (Mobile, Tablets, Smart Watchers) product line.

Deliver product training whilst ensuring on-time product sales talk and training of sales forces to help achieve the company\'s sales and brand objectives.

This is an Internal/In-house, full-time/permanent position with Adecco.

Working Location: Central Area, Orchard

  • Design and creates training materials for products, soft skills, sales talk guides, and assessment criteria
  • Collaborate with the client\'s training team for the development of both online & offline training content, training plan with clear training outcomes, training methods, modules, training tools and schedule/duration
  • Executing in-store training and/or on-site coaching field force team promoters in accordance with the client\'s business objectives and defined retail standards
  • Responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials to meet the training desired outcome (ie: presentation, persuasion techniques, simulating sales scenarios, and preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps)
  • Create a succinct and comprehensive competition product analysis that will help field force team promoter better grasp the competitive advantage of our product
  • Consolidate and analyze training evaluation for refining training roadmap (identify areas of improvement)
  • Support and mentor the new field force team promoters
  • Respond and manage field force team promoter queries pertaining to training matters
  • To train 100% of Retail Sales promoters & drive 100% assignment completion. This includes tracking of both online and offline training participation rate and tracking certification process (if any), etc
  • Devise innovative ways to build knowledge and demonstrate ROI
  • Develop and keep up-to-date records of the training curriculum and structured training documentation
  • Scheduling and booking resources, managing training attendance
  • Evaluates staff performance and learning while conducting an regular in-store evaluation / store audits of the field force team promoter
  • Periodic operational reviews with key stakeholders
  • To manage training budget
  • To support ad-hoc projects, as requested
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail/event management operations or training of retail staff is preferred
  • Strong interest in technological products

  • Able to communicate with people from all backgrounds and profiles
