About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Project Supervisor

to manage on-site renovation works from start to finish. You will be responsible for daily site operations, ensuring all work meets BCA/HDB standards, and maintaining high levels of quality and safety. You will also coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily site inspections and maintain construction logs Ensure compliance with BCA and HDB renovation guidelines (e.g. structural wall restrictions, use of certified materials) Monitor concealed works such as electrical and plumbing installations, with strong emphasis on quality and rectification Review contractors' work schedules and track key milestones Manage material delivery, prevent wastage, and support cost-effective operations Perform phased inspections in accordance with BCA standards Enforce on-site safety protocols (e.g. use of safety harnesses, electrical compliance) Lead toolbox meetings and ensure workers attend regular safety briefings Coordinate with the Design and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between visual concepts and actual build Maintain and update project change logs Provide bilingual (English/Chinese) weekly progress reports to clients and respond to their queries within 4 hours Compile and organize project handover documents, including as-built drawings and inspection reports Assist in drafting internal safety manuals with methods suitable for Singapore's humid climate

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Project Management Valid WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) certification required Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in Singapore's renovation industry Familiar with BCA and HDB submission, inspection, and approval processes Proficient in AutoCAD and project scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel, Asana) * Able to communicate and prepare reports in both

English and Mandarin
