Highlights:

Reporting to: Project Manager and Project Coordinators Office Location: Ubi Training Provided Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm AWS & Performance Bonus

Job Overview:

The Project Technician supports the Project Manager/Coordinators by handling tasks such as pre


installation checks and post installation adjustments of the equipment on site. Attend daily


toolbox meetings, submit PTWs to facilitate daily works arrangements on site.

The Challenges:

Participate in project meetings both internal and external and propose improvements if necessary Provide technical and logistic support on projects and coordinating with teams Monitor and update progress, issues and glitches Perform quality control and checking on installation quality Provide simple adjustments/troubleshooting support to newly installed equipment

What it Takes:

3 years of

experience

in a

construction

and

building

environment Completed and Certified WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH (Previously known as BCSS Course) Valid

Class 3

license Holder (

Manual

) Ability to apply working knowledge of analytical tools such as multi-meter, spirit leveler, laser alignment markers, torque meter etc. Able to commit after office hours work time in lieu of urgency in works Good interpersonal and communication skills Keen eye for details that may spot potential hazards arising from the use of the company products as well as relevant 3rd party products Independent and takes initiatives Shall maintain all findings/investigations as confidential and shall not communicate to any 3rd party who are deemed as not necessary to hold or obtain such information in the context of to be informed or required to take the necessary corrective actions. Able to understand construction drawings and shop drawings for the purpose of equipment location and build requirements Hands on person with fast learning abilities to handle the ever-changing site conditions
