Transversal coordination:\xc2\xb7 Report to Director of Projects APAC and E&S counterparts in head office (weekly highlights, regular team meetings),\xc2\xb7 Participate to Headquarter HSE and E&S coordination meetings where required,\xc2\xb7 Gather and consolidate E&S reporting database (including Sustainab\'ALL KPIs) and report to Company head office,\xc2\xb7 Contribute to E&S coordination tools and registers (dashboard, studies register etc.),\xc2\xb7 Report any E&S incident and raise awareness.2. Ensure E&S support to projects until end of construction:\xc2\xb7 Adopt and deploy Company\'s E&S standards, ambitions, and commitments,\xc2\xb7 Ensure all Projects in APAC are compliant with applicable regulation and standards all along its lifetime (local regulation, lenders\' requirements, Company standards and commitments towards E&S),\xc2\xb7 Contribute to E&S risks assessments/screenings for audits or internal approval processes (internal committees),\xc2\xb7 Conduct ESDD (Due Diligence) on existing E&S documents made available by Developers or business partners to ensure compliance with applicable E&S standards,\xc2\xb7 Participate to Projects\' HSE meetings and monitor E&S management,3. Coordinate the development of E&S studies for the projects, including:\xc2\xb7 Prepare the scope of work for E&S studies, with associated strategy with budget and planning,\xc2\xb7 Support E&S studies RFP (Request For Proposal), by defining technical scope of work, and performing bidders proposals technical evaluation,\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the work of E&S contractors for the preparation of E&S studies,\xc2\xb7 Ensure E&S studies quality control and validate deliverables, ensuring that study results are adapted to project needs and constraints,\xc2\xb7 Request timely support from the E&S experts of the Company headquarter for the revision and validation of scope of work or studies deliverables where necessary,\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance of all E&S studies with applicable regulation and standards (as mentioned above),

4. Ensure implementation of E&S requirements during construction:\xc2\xb7 Prepare E&S requirements (HSE Annex) for EPC RFP, ensuring ESIA outcomes are well taken into account in the EPC contract,\xc2\xb7 Review and approve EPC CESMPs (Construction E&S management plans),\xc2\xb7 Monitor and control good implementation of EPC CESMPs,\xc2\xb7 Participate to HSE meetings with Contractors where necessary,\xc2\xb7 Conduct E&S site inspections where necessary,\xc2\xb7 Provide support to the project in the preparation of their E&S Management System (including Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Grievance mechanism, Biodiversity Management Plan etc.),\xc2\xb7 Support implementation of E&S reporting system in projects and control reports.Including interaction with Lenders technical advisor for instance\xe2\x80\xa6 but do not hesitate to add another dedicated line if you\'d like to insist on this mission in particularContext & EnvironmentNA
