With related or relevant industries or construction background with at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, self-learner and good in details.
Basic Salary - $3,500 to $4,000 (depending on his experience)
Overtime Pay \xe2\x80\x93 Overtime is required based on Projects scheduled
Can understand and speak Chinese, English & Dialects
Normal Working hours \xe2\x80\x93 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri, might require doing overtime on Saturday
With hand-on technical and mechanical skills
Class 3 driving license

Our Client:

Responsibilities:

Supervise the project team, vendors and contractors.
Communicate with the building owner, architects, consultants, engineers and interior designers.
Work with suppliers to make sure equipment and materials are delivered to contractors.
Prepare drawings, operation and maintenance manuals.
Provide training to the building management team on maintenance procedures.
Test fire alarms and conduct routine inspections.
Required to carry ladder and calibration tools in own vehicle.

Requirements:

Preferably have at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related or construction industry.
Possess Class 3 driving license.
