Responsibilities :

• Support Promotions and Merchandising departments in creating effective advertising campaigns, ensuring all departments follow the company\'s advertising guidelines.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and suppliers for all advertising projects, including BTL (Below The Line) and ATL (Above The Line) jobs.
• Direct Design House, suppliers, and in-house designers on advertising executions.
• Negotiate project costs with suppliers within budget limits.
• Lead and supervise the advertising team to meet all job schedules.
• Review and approve all artworks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company templates.
• Plan production schedules, media placement, and campaign costs.
• Select appropriate media channels for store promotions within budget.
• Coordinate with photographers and stylists to achieve the desired image.
• Approve newsprint, artwork, and color proofs before publication.
• Ensure promotional themes and displays create a suitable shopping environment.
• Develop new display ideas and manage general displays, POP signage, and POS materials in the store.
• Source and compare new contractors for display projects. Suggest improvements to enhance the store\'s image.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the company or supervisor.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
