Responsibilities

• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Promotions and Merchandising departments to design and implement advertising campaigns that align with departmental goals and strictly follow the company\'s advertising templates.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with the Merchandising department and suppliers to manage both Below-the-Line (BTL) and Above-the-Line (ATL) advertising initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
• Supplier Negotiations: Conduct cost negotiations with suppliers to ensure each project stays within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Leadership and Supervision: Lead and oversee the advertising team, ensuring that all project timelines are met and campaigns are executed with precision.
• Quality Assurance: Review and approve all marketing materials, including supplier advertisements and collateral, to ensure they meet the company\'s standards for accuracy and adherence to templates.
• Media and Display Strategy: Develop production and media schedules, optimize costs, and create innovative display strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing or relevant
• Min 3 years of Management / Supervisory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Meticulous and good time Management
• Excellent communication skills
