Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning by analyzing daily and monthly sales data for the store and individual departments, alongside evaluating storewide promotions and modeling new business initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and market research to gather competitor promotional insights and identify trends, aiding in the preparation of detailed sales reports and forecasts.
• Manage customer data for the company\'s membership Smart Cards, while developing and implementing special programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Stay informed of economic, political, financial, social, market, and administrative trends to maintain a competitive edge in the retail sector, generating relevant reports to support decision-making processes.
• Review and optimize card strategy, setting annual targets and overseeing promotions for membership cards, new customer acquisition campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Administer programs such as the Tourist Privilege Card and cultivate promotional partnerships with platforms like Alipay, hotels, and airlines to maximise promotional opportunities.

Requirements

• Min degree
• Min 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in strategic planning preferably in the retail industry
