The candidate is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of companys facilities, assets, and accommodation to ensure each employee can work comfortably and hassle free by fulfilling and handling any facility related matters/requests from employees.
Essential Responsibilities
He / She will work directly with the Operation Manager to ensure alignment with the business priorities and strategies including those for HSE.
Define the management of the outsourced relationship
Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests
improvements.
Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and
analysis.
Contributes to resolve facility/machine/safety concern as a team member.
Engage with employees and contractors to ensure safety practices.
Drive workshop best practices & HSE culture and enable business growth through risk
management and control processes.
Participate in incident investigation, site audits and inspections.
Complete all required metrics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the company system of record.
Any additional task as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in Properties/Facilities Maintenance.
Extensive knowledge of Maintenance, Asset Integrity and Reliability in oil and gas sector assets.
Collaborative team player and able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders and our customers
Knowledge of the latest innovations, technologies, and tools within the fields of maintenance, asset integrity and reliability
