Job Description

PROPERTY ADMIN ASSISTANTResponsibilities:

  • First point of contact of the buyers and homeowners for any concerns in the subdivision.
  • Day-to-day, answering the telephone (call and texts concerns), taking messages
  • Scheduling appointments with the homeowners
  • Mailing newsletters and Memos to Homeowners
  • Greet visitors, schedule appointments, maintain calendar, and play an active role in organizing and prioritizing its activities.
  • Assisting inspection of House Improvement
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably w/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or Property Management
  • With at least 1 year of experience related to people-oriented work (e.g.,Sales, Real Estate)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Willing to work in Capas, Tarlac
