• Supervise and manage a team of property care and maintenance staff.
• Ensure that all property care and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
• Provide training and support to ensure your team performs efficiently and effectively.
• Address any property-related issues, including maintenance concerns and client requests, in a timely and professional manner.
• Report significant maintenance issues or damages and oversee their resolution.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property care, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
