Assists guests with the accommodation bookings, logistics and mobilizes the housekeeping team, as needed.- Monitors response to all telephone calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints.- Adheres to set procedural guidelines using professional judgment and initiative with a focus on customer service.- Monitors logs and entries of all related service requests into the computerized tracking system- Communicates information to appropriate parties using multiple mediums including mobile phones, landlines, and email or by other communication devices- Identifies repeat client service requests/concerns in order to track trends; proactively notifies the appropriate department manager for follow up- Monitors and analyzes bills incurred by the assigned area- Generates reports related to billable and non-billable charges in a timely basis.- Exercises the highest level of discretion regarding the release of confidential information; ensures critical business information is accurate, readily available, and secured to protect against unauthorized use or access- Ensures that facilities/utilities are fully functioning and ensures tracking and maintenance of the facility repair history- Recommends innovations, improvements, and/or processes to increase revenue- Ensures that sourced vendors provide within company standard services and supplies.- Ensures that culture built by the company is well implemented, maintained and sustained.- Maintains and submits important monthly records and reports.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php12,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
