Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in overseeing the assigned projects specifically in building maintenance and improvements
• Knowledgeable in costing and quotation of materials, equipment and incidentals needed for the project aligned with the schedule, budget and quality.
• Initiates marketing strategies and coordinate actions that adopt to market trends
• Analyzes technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.
• Handles acquisition of legal and government requirements
• Prepares engineering documents by developing construction/renovation specifications, plans and schedules.
• Designs projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings and model
• Preparation of technical reports
• Able to handle manpower and scheduling of workers
• Ensure accuracy of actual work done

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a Licensed Engineer (Civil)
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Planning, Designing, and Renovation (Commercial, Residential and other offices)
• Background in Facilities Management
• Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (BOSH) and Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Industrial Hygiene (OSH)
• Knowledgeable with Building and Construction Laws, Regulations, and Permits
• Possess drawing skill and knowledge in different softwares/programs such as Sketch-up, Auto-CAD 9 2D & 3D)
• Willing to work onsite
