This position is for a new startup division.
Identify real estate project acquisition and development opportunities from private resources or public tenders.
Valuation of residential/industrial and commercial properties.
Market research on property supply, transactions and government policies on town planning and land matters.
Assist in formulating investment and acquisition strategies for real estate projects.
Manage the evaluation process, including preparing market analysis, feasibility studies and presentation to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Degree holders in surveying/real estate/property management or related disciplines or equivalent professional membership.
Have Independent resources for potential acquisitions and development projects.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, design, valuation, development consultancy or real estate investment.
Proficient in building management regulations, deeds of mutual covenant and/or related regulations.
Strong leadership skills, work dedication, good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
