Lead a group of administrative assistants and technicians
Devise and execute plans for preventive maintenance tasks
Participate in on-site inspections, supervise activities, and communicate with contractors regarding maintenance and renovation activities
Oversee the handover and takeover of premises, oversee Additions & Alterations (A&A) tasks, and guarantee that all work is done according to A&A Permits and applicable government regulations
Manage the performance of contractors, generate work orders, verify task completion, and carry out contract administration tasks
Aid in the preparation of the yearly budget and ensure that expenditures remain within budget limits
Keep the building operation manual and any related records up-to-date
Handle and resolve all feedback and service requests in a timely fashion
Contribute to the Company Emergency Response Team in various roles such as Site Incident Controller or First Aider.
REQUIREMENT:
A Bachelor\'s or Diploma degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management Possess solid knowledge of building management with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Additional qualifications in Fire Safety Manager, SCEM, SIC, or ERT would be beneficial
Display strong leadership, people management, and proactive skills
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Capable of managing tight deadlines, resourceful, and systematic in resolving issues
Willing to work beyond regular working hours, if required
