Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Carry out room inspections during mass check in/out exercises.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure overall operations, maintenance functions and preventive maintenance programme, landscape, cleaning and pest control, facilities, common areas and room defects are carried out/rectified to the highest standard expected of the building owner and meet the SLA.
\xc2\xb7 To assist the client as instructed.
\xc2\xb7 To co-ordinate and conduct fire drill &/or table top exercise.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Minimum diploma from Estate or Facilities Management, accredited institution in Building & Construction/Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
\xc2\xb7 At least five (5) years in building facilities management in Singapore with supervisory experience.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in educational institutes /commercial building will be added advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Certified FSM in practice with at least 2 years experiences.
Salary Range
$4,500 - $5,000
