Oversee day-to-day operations of the mall, including tenant coordination and facility management.
Ensure compliance with fire safety and building regulations as the appointed FSM.
Manage vendor contracts, maintenance schedules, and service level standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on rectification works.
Support marketing events, operational planning, and customer service enhancement.
Requirements:
FSM certified
Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in property management in a shopping mall/ retail environment.
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and tenant management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
