Responsibilities

• The Property Executives shall be responsible for supervising, controlling and ensuring safety of all activities at Piers. manage the berthing of harbour craft / ferries. The Property Executives shall ensure that craft with no activity do not remain at the berth.
• The Property Executives shall report any unauthorized berthing or marine safety hazard at Piers to the Authority.
• Be responsible for the safe embarkation / disembarkation of passengers. The Property Executives shall exercise due care and skill in the operation of Piers to prevent accidents to the users of Piers.
• Carry out routine and ad-hoc inspections to ensure cleanliness and the Property is well maintained and reporting any damage or any incident causing damage to the Property
• Liaise and monitor the performance of Authority\xe2\x80\x99s Contractor and sub-contractor including those appointed by the Authority to ensure works are carried out satisfactorily and promptly ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on time
• Maintain good rapport with occupants and liaise with occupants on operations and facilities management related matters.
• Attend to all complaints, queries and feedback pertaining to the daily operations of the Piers
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Attend and provide response to queries and / or complaints made by the public with regards to piers and its activities.
• Cooperate with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority / Singapore Police Force and any other Government agency to ensure smooth operation and security of Piers.
• Provide logistics support during emergencies such as the medical screening team deployed by the Ministry of Health or any other Government agency in the event that medical screening is required to be implemented for passengers transiting through Piers.
• The Property Executives are also required to provide logistics support for any events or exercises conducted at the Piers by the Authority or any other Government agency.

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma with minimum 2 years working related experiences in the facilities management
