Job Description

We are looking for an talented Property Executive or Senior Property Executive to join an internationally renowned Real Estate Developer with a significant presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Industrial Properties from end to end. If you are successful in this role, you will enjoy attractive remuneration package and career exposure. This will be a 2 year renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle premises handover/takeover from tenants/purchasers.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedule for company\'s properties.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance repairs and renovation projects.
- Ensure buildings are well-maintained, with a focus on security and cleanliness.
- Manage and promptly address complaints, feedback, and service requests.
- Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants.
- Act as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., SIC, ERT, First Aider).
- Fulfill additional responsibilities assigned by the manager.

Key Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
- Grade A commercial building management experience will be advantagoes
- Having Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification is advantageous.
- WSQ training in SIC and ERT is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated team player with strong planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
