Job Description
Property Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Marine Parade ( Alternate 51/2 day) - Attend to tenants\xe2\x80\x99 request & feedbacks promptly & effectively - review all contracts , agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal - responsible for planning preventive workd schedule, condicts, and supervises inspections to building and grounds to identify defects / irregularities and follow-up on rectification works - assist with drafting , monitoring and reporting of the budget and expenditure - coordinate and supervise contractors on daily maintenance, security and other operational issues - Min 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years with related experience in managing club/ offices/ commercial buildings - knowledge of operation, public area and fa\xc3\xa7ade cleaning, maintenance, renovation practices and related local ordinances - reviews and knowledge in wsh protocols ( workplace, safety and health). fire safety and the establishment of cert team - ability to interpret technical procedures , manuals and drawings - proficient in microsoft office applications - Basic salary : S$ 3000 \xe2\x80\x93 S$ 3600 neg
