Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the end activities of the property
Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure; ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company\xe2\x80\x99s policies
Requirements:
Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in working in condominium environment is required for this position
Team player with good communication skills
Must be familiar with MCST and BMSMA regulations
